EXCLUSIVE: Tanzanian side Singida signs Ghanaian midfielder Stephen Opoku

Footballghana.com can exclusively confirm that Ghanaian International Stephen Opoku has completed his move to Tanzanian side Singida.

The midfielder who has talent in abundance has penned a three-year deal with the Tanzanian top tier side today and is expected to feature for them in the upcoming season.

Singida announced the signing of the player earlier today following impressive trails where he has been training with the team since last week in their pre-season training.

He moved from Ghana to Kenya last year September in hopes of getting topflight following the collapse of football in the country.

After failing to find his feet in Kenya, he has moved to Tanzania where he has now successfully secured a contract with Singida.

The last team he played for was Jericho All-Stars in the amateur football league in Nairobi where he impressed for the side.

He has now set sight on cementing a starting role with Singida in the Tanzanian league when the 2019/2020 season starts.
