Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah has opened up on the two years Brazilian midfielder Fabio Gama spent at the club.
According to him, the Brazilian is the most professional player he has ever worked with.
“Fabio Game is the most professional player I have ever worked with. At a point, he was frustrated because he was not playing enough games and he was losing his position to Lamptey and Prosper Ogum preferred Lamptey at the No.10 role.
“Fabio Game came to me weeping and said he can't continue to play for the club again,” Nana Yaw Amponsah said in an interview with Wontumi Sports.
Fabio Dos Santos Gama joined Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko in 2020 and went on to play for two seasons.
He was part of the Asante Kotoko squad that finished the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season as champions.
