Head coach for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Maxwell Konadu has stressed that Felix Annan remains the team’s first-choice goalkeeper even though he has not featured in the last 3 matches.

The Black Stars asset has missed the team’s games in their last 3 outings with Kwame Baah taking his place in that period.

Following that bold decision by head coach Maxwell Konadu, there have been many who have questioned why Annan should be benched.

In an interview with Ellie Kondoh of StarTimes, the experienced gaffer has explained why Kwame Baah continues to keep the post for the Porcupine Warriors.

“Baah is doing very well and we are happy with him even though Felix still remains our number but for now Baah is in a good shape and we only we have encourage him”
