World football governing body, FIFA has hailed Jordan Ayew for scoring an amazing goal on Boxing Day to give football fans across the globe to a special treat.
The Black Stars striker was in action for the Eagles on Thursday afternoon when they hosted West Ham United in a match week 19 fixture of the English Premier League at the Selhurst Park.
At the end of 90 minutes of soccer action, Crystal Palace run away with a 2-1 victory with the second equalizer coming through the in-form Jordan Ayew who has established himself as the poster boy for manager Roy Hodgson.
The forward cut in from the flanks and danced his way past a number of West Ham United defenders before finally chipping the approaching goalkeeper with a masterclass effort.
In a tweet from FIFA after the match, they have applauded Ayew for scoring a sensational goal to give fans a ‘Boxing Day’ treat.
