Fit-again Ghana midfielder Majeed Ashimeru back in Anderlecht squad for clash against Young Boys

Ghana international, Majeed Ashimeru is set to feature for his RSC Anderlecht side in the Uefa Conference League clash against Young Boys later this evening.

The Black Stars asset missed his team’s first leg encounter with the team from Switzerland due to an injury setback.

In the past week, Majeed Ashimeru succeeded in the treatment he was assigned to and has finally regained his fitness.

The midfielder was named in the Anderlecht squad to host Young Boys in the second leg of the Uefa Conference League game on Wednesday after successfully completing the team’s training session.

While the fit-again midfield maestro may not start today’s important game, he is expected to surely get some minutes to have the chance to help his team.

Anderlecht have a 1-0 lead from the first leg and must push to avoid defeat to secure a place in the upcoming Uefa Conference League competition.
