Hearts of Oak midfielder, Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen is upbeat ahead of the start of the new Ghana Premier League season.

The midfielder started the 2022/23 football season strongly but was sidelined for a very long time after he sustained a painful injury.

Fortunately, Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen has recovered fully from that injury and is now ready for action.

He has been training with his Hearts of Oak teammates in the last few weeks as part of preparations for the 2023/24 football season.

Speaking in an interview ahead of the start of the new season, Abdul-Aziz Nurudeen says training has been tough under the new technical team members.

He is, however, elated as he believes the training has improved the fitness levels of players and will help the team to perform well next season.

Hearts of Oak under new head coach Martin Koopman will aim to challenge for trophies next season after failing to win a silverware last season.
