FOCUS ON BOLOGNA VS INTER

* Inter have won six of their last eight Serie A games against Bologna - the Rossoblu have won the remaining two, while the last draw between these two sides dates back to September 2017 (1-1 with the goals from Simone Verdi and Mauro Icardi).

* Inter will become the second team against which Bologna have played 150 Serie A games, after Juventus: the Rossoblu have lost 73 matches against the Nerazzurri (W41 D35), only against Juventus have they suffered more defeats in the competition (78).

* Inter are unbeaten in their last 15 away league games against Bologna (W12 D3) and have only failed to score once in this period, a 0-0 draw in August 2010.

* Bologna have drawn five of their last eight league games (W1 L2), including their most recent two; the last time they drew more Serie A matches consecutively was in January 2021 (five).

* Inter have not conceded more than one goal in a Serie A away match since 16 October against Lazio (four goals conceded, seven clean sheets in this run); during this period, no team in the big-5 European leagues has kept more clean sheets than the Nerazzurri (7 also Manchester City).

* Inter (11) and Bologna (8) are two of the three sides (along with Roma, 11) to have scored the most goals from corner situations in Serie A this season.

* Inter (12) have had more goals scored by substitutes than any other side in Serie A this season, two of these came against Bologna in the reverse fixture earlier this season (two goals from Edin Dzeko).

* Following his goal against Udinese, Bologna’s Aaron Hickey became the second youngest defender in Serie A history to score five goals in a single campaign (19 years and 318 days), after Battista Rota for Atalanta in 1950/51 (18 years and 334 days).

+ Marko Arnautovic played his first three Serie A games for Inter in 2009/10 under José Mourinho - he has scored 12 goals in Serie A this season, his highest tally in a single campaign across the big-5 European leagues.

* Inter forward Edin Dzeko has scored seven Serie A goals against Bologna (including a brace as a substitute in the reverse fixture this season) - only against Stuttgart (8) has he scored more goals in the big-5 European leagues.
