Barcelona are said to be eyeing a move forright-back Glen Johnson. Yes, that one.


The report comes from Spanish outletMundo Deportivo, who claim that the La Liga giants are searching for other options in the position as they continue toharbour doubts over Aleix Vidal and his strained relationship with Luis Enrique.

Sportare also reporting that the manager is ready to drop Vidal completely, but the link to Johnson still appears to have come completely out of left field - just weeks after the 32-year-old was selected as part of Gareth Southgate's firstEngland squad during the recentinternational break.


Chelsea's Branislav Ivanovic, Manchester United's Antonio Valencia andManchester City pair Pablo Zabaleta and Bacary Sagna are all also said to bebeing considered - but it does seem like Barcelona are reaching near the bottom of the barrel.
