Former Asante Kotoko defender Daniel Darkwah has disclosed what he considers to be his biggest regret in football career.
Darkwah became a household name in the country due to his exploits with both Aduana Stars and Asante Kotoko.
The 31-year-old won the Ghana Premier League with Aduana Stars before departing to join the Porcupine Warriors.
In a conversation with Footballghana.com, the defender disclosed his inability to secure a move outside Ghana in 2015 is his biggest regret in football.
Asked about his biggest regret as player, he said, “When I had the chance to travel outside in 2015 but it didn’t happen as expected. But in all, I still give thanks to God because he knows best”
The enterprising left-back is currently a free agent after leaving Nigerian outfit Enyimba FC after the expiration of his contract.
