Former Black Stars midfielder Alfred Duncan scores and assist as Fiorentina share spoils with Lecce

Former Black Stars midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan was in fine form when Fiorentina shared the spoils with Lecce in the Italian Serie A on Sunday.

Duncan started and lasted 83 minutes in his outfit 2-2 stalemate at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

The 30-year-old was involved in both goals, scoring and providing an assist as his side threw away their two goal lead to draw.

Fiorentina shot into the lead after just three minute into the game through Nicolás González after he was set up by the Ghana international.

The experienced Ghana midfielder doubled his side advantage after founding the back of the net in the 25th minute mark as the first half ended 2-0 in their favour.

Improved performance saw Lecce grab two goals in the second to secure an important away draw on Sunday.

Goals from Hamza Rafia and Nikola Krstovic in the 49th and 75th minutes ensured Lecce secure a point in the clash.
