Former GFA vice president 'secures' moves for two players into the Turkish top flight

Former GFA vice president George Afriyie has revealed that he helped two players of Ghana's division one club Okyeman Planners to make a move to Yeni Malatyaspor.

The transfer window, which closed on 1st February saw few moves around the globe but Afriyie, who is the bankroller of Okyeman Planners got to work.

In the end, he has helped Philip Gameli and Osman Haqi to get the opportunity to test their might in the Turkish top flight.

"On a transfer deadline I have been able to pull through the transfer of Philip Awuku Gameli and Osman Haqi from Okyeman Planners to Turkish Super league Club Yeni Malatyaspor. Congrats Boys, Go make yourselves and your family proud," Afriyie boldly said.

Afriyie stood for GFA presidency in 2019 but lost to Kurt Okraku.
