Former Hearts of Oak NCC organizer Mohammed Alhassan blames current management for the poor start to the season.

Mohammed Alhassan speaking to Happy FM monitored by footballghana.com said Alhaji Akanbi and Vincent Sowah Odotei are liabilities.

He mentioned last season's disastrous travel arrangement. Accra Hearts of Oak fans questioned the motive behind their traveling itinerary from Ghana to Algeria for a CAF Confederation Cup game against JS Saoura last season. Accra Hearts of Oak left the shores of Ghana and had transit in Cote D'Ivoire, Istanbul, and Dubai before arriving in Algiers.

JS Saoura beat the Phobians 4-0 in Algiers, Abdeldjalil Saad, Oussama Bellatreche (two goals), and Hamri Aziz scored for the home side.

Mohammed Alhassan added that the current management is incompetent, and the current NCC is not helping the club to improve.

The former NCC organizer also slammed the supporters who are happy to see Hearts of Oak struggle, he said those fans have bad agendas. The unhappy Mohammed Alhassan went further to describe those fans as "e-supporters".
