Former Hearts striker Sadat Karim bemoans lack of domestic football in Ghana

Halmstad BK striker Sadat Karim bemoans lack of domestic football in Ghana insisting it is affecting a lot of his friends back home.

Sadat Karim who featured for Hearts of Oak in the 2012/13 seasons told footballmadeinghana.com how his friends playing in Ghana are suffering because of lack of active football in the country.

“I have friends in Ghana that play the league and they complain about how the inactivity of the league has affected them both financially and technically as football players,” he said.

“Players need matches to be able to get to the top. I recently heard there was a NC tournament but later canceled. This could have help the team because is almost seven months now without football.”

“I’m urging the authorities to speed up things for the immediate return of football in the Ghana,” he added.
