The endorsement of Segun Odegbami by the Nigeria Football Federation as candidate for the forthcoming FIFA presidency has been described as childish.

Kofar Soro explained that he is not against Odegbemi’s candidacy; his agitation is for the football body to ensure justice and fairness, in order to avoid embarrassing the country globally.

He advised Odegbami to start from NFF and CAF before craving for the highest post in the world soccer ruling body, FIFA.

The ex-sports administrator added ‘’We have to be sincere to ourselves and the NFF knew that ordinarily, there is no way Odegbami can scale through the process of becoming FIFA President, so why are we deceiving Nigerians on this issues, Kofar Soro explained.
