Frank Acheampong makes-up with Anderlecht coach after bust-up

In-form Ghana winger Frank Acheampong has mended his relationship with his coach Rene Weiler after a much publicised bust-up earlier this week.

Frank was reportedly berated by the coach and some teammates after their 2-1 away win at Zulte-Waregem last Friday.

He was criticised for failing to track back after he lost possession which almost resulted in an equaliser for the home side.

Since then, a discussion has taken place between René Weiler and Acheampong as calm seems to have returned.

The Ghanaian is determined to win for Anderlecht a 34th title before eventually leaving the club.

Anderlecht has promised him not to oppose his departure for a major championship next summer, even for a smaller amount than the 7.5 million offered by Hull City in January.
