Bournemouth striker Lys Mousset has revealedthe displeasureheis feelingat the Cherries, despite only moving coast-side last summer.

Speaking to French newspaper Paris-Normandie, the 20-year-old admitted his lack of playing timeis making him unhappy.

Mousset only joinedEddie Howe'ssidelast summer in a £5.4m move from Le Havre, but has found opportunities hard to come by, with Callum Wilson, Joshua King, Benik Afobe and Lewis Grabban all ahead of him in the Vitality pecking order.

The player has manageda total of23 minutes across just twosubstitute appearances, and has now spoken out about his situation.

He said: "The manager told me I would play in the next league game. In the end, I wasn't even in the group. Frankly, I feel like I'm a spectator. I can't stay like this. I always dreamed of being in England, but not in these conditions.

"If I wanted to be third, fourth or fifth in line as a striker, I could have signed for Arsenal or Tottenham. It's bizarre, but I feel like I've been left to one side, and it annoys me to think I might go a season without scoring. We're going to have to find a solution."

Mousset made waves in France last season, scoring 14 goals in 29 games for Le Havre. That form courted the attention of the London clubs, the striker claims, but he chose Bournemouth under the impression he would get more game time.

With the January transfer window just around the corner, will the promising youngster's words be taken on board by manager Eddie Howe, orcouldthere bea loan spell on the horizon for a player itching to get regular first-team football?
