Stefano Okaka is set to get a move away from Watford this week.
The Mirror says Fulham are set to re-sign Watford striker Okaka on loan.
Italian Okaka, 28, has slipped down the pecking order out at Vicarage Road.
Okaka had a loan spell at Craven Cottage back in 2010.
