Known as a giant, the Ghana Premier League record champions have a lot of sponsorships with MTN, GOIL, Paradise Pac, and a host of others.

Due to the suspension of the football season as a precautionary measure against the spread of the Coronavirus, the Porcupine Warriors club is unable to provide mileage for their partners.

According to George Amoako, this is hugely affecting the club with the corporate bodies withholding the monthly support they used to give.

“As a result of this Covid-19, corporate bodies who are supporting us monthly have stopped paying the monies because they are not getting the mileage they are expecting when the football season is on. Because we are not playing football, they are not paying the monies”, the Kotoko CEO said in an interview on Happy FM.

The club hopes the Covid-19 storm will pass very soon for normalcy to return to ensure they receive what is due them by corporate partners.
