The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has through a post on its Twitter page wished defender John Boye a happy birthday.
The FC Metz defender who was born on April 23, 1987, is celebrating his birthday today as he chalks 33 years old. He has shown a commitment to the Ghana national team where he first made an appearance way back in 2008.
Waving in to celebrate with John Boye, the Ghana FA in a post says they ask for a healthy life, long life, and a happy life for the player.
The post shared, “Happy Birthday wishes to Ghana & FC Metz defender John Boye. Live Healthy and Live Happy and Live Long”.
The former Sivasspor center-back has featured 67 times for the Black Stars and has a decent goal scoring record as well. His 6 goals for his national team makes him stand tall amongst most of the defenders.
