The Sameraboi lads amassed 61 points in 34 games – following 19 wins, 4 draws and 11 losses.
Accra Lions finished 2nd in the campaign - their best-ever performance in the League since their debut season in 2021-22.
Samartex and Accra Lion join Berekum Chelsea and Nsoatreman FC to complete the top four spots.
At the same time, Great Olympics, Bofoakwa Tano and Real Tamale United got relegated after finishing in the bottom three.
Accra Great Olympics were awarded 3 points and 3 goals in their Matchday 34 fixture against Real Tamale United after the Northern giants failed to show up.
