Since their appointment, the international private audit firm has already audited the GFA books for the financial period July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020, which was presented to the membership of the Association and approved by the membership of the 27th Ordinary Congress last Thursday at the GFA Technical Centre at Prampram.

The Ghana Football Association has until December 31, 2021, to present a copy of the audited accounts (draft or approved by Congress) to FIFA and also file a copy at the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana for compliance under the Company Act of Ghana.

The Association per the approved football competitions calendar of the season seeks to work back to their July 1 to June 30 season as all the competitions are plan to conclude in June 2022 to fall in line with the GFA Financial Year of July to June as provided by the GFA Statutes 2019.
