Arsenal midfielder, Thomas Partey is likely to make an injury return this month according to multiple reports in the UK.

The 28-year-old has been out of action for two weeks having sustained an injury at the training grounds.

Partey missed the Gunners home win against Fulham and could not make the squad list against Manchester United over the weekend.

However, according to reports, the Ghana international is likely to make an injury return ahead of the international window.

It is yet to be known if he will be named in Arsenal's squad for their game against Leeds United this weekend.

Meanwhile, Partey has been named in Ghana's squad for the upcoming friendly games against Brazil and Nicaragua scheduled to be played later this month.

The games form part of Ghana's preparations for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar scheduled to kick on November 20 to December 18.

Ghana have been housed in Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay.
