Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah is anticipating a tough challenge in Ghana’s 60th anniversary match between Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.

The game which forms part of activities to mark Ghana's 60th Independence Day celebration will be played at the Accra Stadium on Monday.

Coach Appiah who will be at the venue to scout players says matches involving the two teams are always difficult and exciting to watch.

“Kotoko and Hearts games are always exciting to watch, the bragging right is always at stake so therefore I am expecting a good game from the two teams,” he told the media.

“I am looking forward to a very competitive match despite it being a friendly match.”

Winner of the two-legged affair will also be rewarded with an additional cash prize of GHC50,000 by the Ghana @60 committee.
