Ghana defender, Gideon Mensah has urged Ghanaians in Kumasi to troop to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on June 10 to cheer on the national team to beat Central African Republic.
The Black Stars will next week take on their counterpart from Central African Republic in Round 4 of games in Group I in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Speaking to the media team of the Ghana FA in an interview, Gideon Mensah said, “Hi Ghanaians, you all know we have a match against Central African Republic in Kumasi. All of you should come and support us just like you do all the time so that we can qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.”

Before the game against Central African Republic at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Ghana will take on Mali on Thursday, June 6.
