Ghana defender Gideon Mensah is disappointed in Bordeaux's 1-1 draw against Angers in the Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Mensah played full throttle as his side secured a point at the Noveau Stade de Bordeaux.

Bordeaux took the lead courtesy Sekou Mara's strike in the 10th minute of the game but Romain Thomas bagged the equaliser for Angers in the 38th minute.

The 23-year-old has made two appearances for Bordeaux since joining them in the summer transfer window from Red Bull Salzburg.

The French club has the option of making his loan move a permanent one at the end of the season.

Bordeaux will take on Nice in their match week four encounter.
