Berekum Chelsea have a secured a spot in the Ghana FA Cup last 16 after edging out Baffour Soccer Academy on Sunday at the Golden City Park in the Round 32 clash.
The Ghana Premier League outfit played out a 1-1 draw against the Division One League club in regular time before securing qualification on penalties.
The host were handed an early scare after Mubarak Umar gave Baffour Soccer Academy the lead after just 10 minutes into the game.
However, the Ghana Premier League side responded in the 67th minute mark through Stephen Amankona to force the game into penalties, where Chelsea eventually emerged victorious.
Berekum Chelsea progressed to the last 16 after beating their opponent 4-2 on penalties.
