Ghana international Bernard Tekpetey has disclosed he could leave Bulgarian giants Ludogorets in the ongoing transfer window.

The former Schalke 04 attacker has established himself as a key member of Ludogorets team since his arrival in 2021.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian attacker has bagged 11 goals and provided 7 assists in 32 appearances in all competitions so far this season. His outstanding performance has caught the eyes of several clubs in the ongoing January transfer window.

In an interview with Asempa FM monitored by Footballghana.com, the Ghanaian striker hinted of a possible departure from Ludogorets this window.

“I can’t say I will stay at Ludogorets because I am a player who always wants competition. We are working and looking forward to securing a move from the club in the January transfer window. But if I’m unable to leave, I will help the team to fight to play in the Champions League at the end” he said.

Tekpetey was named in the Black Stars 55-man provisional squad but failed to make the final cut for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
