Ghana international Bernard Tekpetey was in sensational form when Ludogorets secured an emphatic victory over Spartak Trvana in Europa Conference League.
Tekpetey started and lasted 85 minutes as Ludogorets cruised to a resounding 4-0 home win over Trnava on Thursday night.
The former Schalke 04 player delivered two assists to propel his outfit to victory at the Huvepharma Arena.
"A good start and good team performance, we keep it up like this," wrote Tekpetey, who captained the team to an important win.
Despite crteating scoring opportunities, both teams were unable to find the back of the net as the first half ended in a pulsating draw.
In a spirited performance, the home team found the back of the net on four occasions in nthe second half to merit the three points at the end of the game.
Goals from Ivan Yordanov, Rwan Seco and Jakub Piotrowski’s brace ensured Ludogorets secure the three maximum points at stake.
Tekpetey is having an impressive season so far after netting 7 goals and providing three assists in 14 appearances across all competitions.
