Ghana forward Patrick Twumasi scores for Paphos in defeat to Karmiotissa in Cyprus

Ghana international Patrick Twumasi registered his name on the scoresheet for Paphos when they succumbed to defeat against Karmiotissa on Sunday.

The former Black Stars attacker made substitute appearance and bagged his third goal of Cypriot top-flight campaign.

Twumasi was introduced in the 46th minute mark in his outfit 2-1 away defeat to Karmiotissa.

The home team opened the scoring in the 19th minute through Andreas Katsantonis before grabbing his second goal in the 33rd minute as they went to recess with the advantage.

However, the former Hannover 96 forward managed to pull one back for the visitors in injury time as the game ended 2-1 for Karmiotissa.

The team currently holds the fourth position on the league table with 29 points after the conclusion of the 14th-week fixture.
