Ghana forward Raphael Dwamena scores brace but sees red in Egnatia’s win over KF Tirana in Albania

Ghana international Raphael Dwamena exhibited his goalscoring prowess to power Egnatia to an away victory over KF Tirana in the Albanian top-flight.

The former Black Stars striker inspired Egnatia to victory after scoring twice in to help his side secure a 3-2 victory on Monday night.

KF Tirana wasted no time to opened the scoring through Bruno Lulaj, who found the back of the net four minutes into the game but Egnatia restored parity through Dwamena in the 29th minute.

Brazilian international Kaina hit the back of the net ten minutes to half time break to restore Tirana’s lead in the encounter.

In a spirited performance, Egnatia secured victory over Tirana after the break through Dwamena and Gytis Paulauskas.

The Ghana international scored his second goal of the match in the 53rd minute to restore parity before Paulauskas sealed the win ten minutes later.

Unfortunately, the former Black Stars striker saw red in the added time of the game.

The 28-year-old is enjoying an amazing season with Egnatia, scoring nine goals in eight games in the Albanian top-flight league.
