Ghana goalie Lawrence Ati-Zigi satisfied with St. Gallen’s draw at FC Lugano

Ghana international, Lawrence Ati-Zigi was in post on Monday when his FC St. Gallen outfit locked horns with FC Lugano.

In the clash in the Swiss Super League, both teams scored once and had to settle for a 1-1 draw at the end of the contest.

Reacting to the result in a post on social media, Lawrence Ati-Zigi was full of praise for the fans of FC St. Gallen.

He was also particularly happy that at the end of a tough clash away from home, his team managed to secure a point.

“An important point away. We keep going. Thanks to the fans for the massive support to the end,” Ghana goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi said.

This season, the Black Stars shot-stopper has been in fine form for both club and country.

In the Swiss Super League, Ati-Zigi has made 27 appearances. He has kept four clean sheets and has a save percentage of 72.73%.
