Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori to undergo mandatory Covid-19 testing

Maritzburg United goalkeeper, Richard Ofori is set to undergo a mandatory Covid-19 testing before the remaining season of the 2019/20 PSL season resume.

Premiership and Championship clubs are required to test all players and staff members in two phases – the first before returning to group training and the second before entering the biologically safe environment.

Chairman of PSL, Irvin Khoza confirmed the mandatory testing for players on Monday.

The PSL will also provide financial assistance to clubs who cannot afford to do the mandatory testing.

Ofori has been superb for Maritzburg and he is being tracked by Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns.
