The Black Stars of Ghana is in Group C with Uruguay, Portugal, and South Korea.
Ghana will play Portugal on November 24th at the Stadium 974, South Korea on November 28th and Uruguay on December 2nd.
Nigeria wants to take advantage of the FIFA window to keep the Super Eagles active following the postponing of the 2023 Afcon qualifications.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Portuguese Football Federation (PFF) are likely to issue a formal declaration on the date and location of the friendly.
It will be the first time Nigeria and Portugal clash at the highest level.
Both countries have played three U-20 games, with Portugal winning all three.
