Ghana international Bernard Mensah was among the scorers for Al-Tai on Friday afternoon when the team shared the spoils with Al-Fayha in the Saudi Professional League.
The midfielder started for his team today in the home match of the ongoing league campaign.
In the Round 12 game of the 2023/24 Saudi Professional League, the visitors, Al-Fayha scored first in the 15th minute.
Attacker Anthony Nwakaeme equalised with a fine striker to give his team the lead.
Unfortunately, the visitors could not take advantage of the lead and fell behind before the break.
In the 21st minute, Enzo Rocco scored to restore parity to the game. Eight minutes later, Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah got his name on the scoresheet to give Al-Tai a 2-1 lead.
Although another strike from Rakan Shamlan would give the hosts a 3-1 lead at the break, the team conceded two goals in the second half, as Al-Fayha fought to ensure both teams shared the spoils at the end of the contest.
