Ghana midfielder Kudus Mohammed opens up on his childhood dream

Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has revealed he grew up dreaming of playing in the Champions League and World Cup.

The Ajax midfielder is living the Champions League dream having scored great goals against Rangers and Liverpool in the side first two group stage matches.

Meanwhile, his World Cup dream is still alive, as Ghana will compete in this year's tournament in Qatar, and Kudus will play for the Black Stars, barring any injuries.

“I think is best to test ourselves and play at that high level because that is our dream and that is the level we want to play at.

When you are a kid, the World Cup, Champions League I think are the two biggest competition we all dreamt about playing, so is a dream come true but is not just playing for playing sake but also having an impact, as you grow you really want to make an impact” he said.

Kudus has already been named in the Dutch Eredivisie team of the month following his outstanding performances in the last month.

The Ghana superstar bagged six goals in five appearances in all competitions together with two man of the match awards in September.

He has scored 7 goals and provided 1 assist in 11 appearances for the Dutch giants.
