Ghana star Mohammed Kudus to play in Europa League with Ajax after failing to advance from UCL group

Dutch giants, Ajax have failed to make it past the group stages of this season’s Uefa Champions League.

This was confirmed on Wednesday when the team suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool in the last but one match of Group A.

The result means that Ajax can only finish the group stages with a third-place finish in the group.

It is a feat that cannot get the team a place in the knockout stage of the Uefa Champions League.

Fortunately, it is not the end of the team’s campaign in Europe this season. Ajax will drop in the Europa League where the team will be competing with top clubs including Barcelona, Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, and more.

While Mohammed Kudus is disappointed his Ajax side is out of the Champions League, he is ready to help the team in any way to enjoy success in the Europa League.

In the last group game of the UCL, Ajax will lock horns with Scottish side Rangers.
