Ghana striker Joe Dodoo scores on debut for Charlton Athletic

Ghanaian forward Joe Dodoo scored a vital goal on his debut to hand Charlton Athletic a 4-3 victory over Oldham Athletic at the Boundary Park on Saturday.

The Ghanaian joined the Championship side on transfer deadline day from Rangers on a season loan, and has immediately made on impact on his new team.

Dodoo introduced in the second half score the all-important goal to hand Charlton victory.

Meanwhile, another Ghanaian who played in the game was Tarique Fosu who was on the opposite side. He scored to level the game at 3-3 for Oldham Athletic.

Joe Dodoo was part of the triumphant Leicester City side that won the Premier League in the 2015/16 season.

However, he moved on following limited play time at the King Power Stadium.

The former England youth player is eligible to play for the Black Stars, having been named in the squad previously by Coach Avram Grant. He is yet to feature for the Black Stars,
