Black Stars of Ghana is set to play Rwanda in Kigali after their international friendly with Mauritania was called off.

Coach Kwesi Appiah and his lads were expected to play their West African counterparts three days after the final Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya at the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday.

Hence, the plans in the camp of the senior national team have changed and the team will now fly to Kigali to face the Amavubi’s.

The game will serve as a preparatory match for the 56-year-old gaffer, who is fine-tuning his team for upcoming Afcon to be staged in Egypt between Jue and July.

The team will leave for Kigali on Monday after the game against Kenya on Sunday. A win for either side in the Afco qualifier will take them to the summit of Group F table.
