Ghana U23 defender Gideon Mensah has extended his stay with Austrian giants Red Bull Salzburg, the club has confirmed.

The left back signed a five -year contract extension with Red Bull Salzburg to commit his future to the club until 2024.
The Black Meteors defender, who was on loan at Sturm Graz from the Austrian giants enjoyed a good stint at the club, playing 15 games since moving in January.

The youngster has since decided to strengthen his union with the Austrian Bundesliga side as he hopes to command more playing time in the upcoming season.
