Ghana international, Joseph Paintsil is keen on helping KRC Genk to win the 2022/23 Belgian Pro League title.
The forward believes that after playing well throughout the season, his team is favourite for the league title.
"We are favorites," said the Ghanaian striker at a press conference ahead of the big game against Club Brugge.
KRC Genk are top of the league standings going into the Champions Play-offs which starts on Sunday.
For Joseph Paintsil, it will be very disappointing if Genk fails to lift the Belgian Pro League title.
“We feel like we already have something but what we have now is not what we are looking for. Because being on top of the league for so many months and giving it out these few weeks is going to be really disappointing for us,” the Black Stars attacker said.
A win tomorrow will get Genk closer to emerging as Champions of the League.
