Ghana winger Joseph Paintsil reacts to KRC Genk’s win over OH Leuven

Ghana international Joseph Paintsil has shared his excitement after helping KRC Genk to beat OH Leuven to return to winning ways in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.

Paintsil was handed a starting role and lasted the entire duration as Genk inflicted a 2-1 home win over OH Leuven on Sunday afternoon.

The 25-year-old puts up an impressive show to help his side cruise to victory at the Cegeka Arena.

Genk shot into the lead through Bryan Heynen in the 23rd minute and had to go to recces with a one goal lead.

After the break, the visitors restored parity through Jon Thorsteinsson who scored from the spot in the 56th minute mark.

Three minutes to full time, the host scored to seal victory through Mike Tresor.

After the game, Paintsil took to social media to express his joy following his side hard-fought win.
