Ghana international, Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer climbed off the Hamburger SV bench on Saturday afternoon to score for the team in the huge 6-1 win against Hannover 96.
The Black Stars forward continues to be an important asset for his team in the German Bundesliga 2 although is not a regular in the team’s starting eleven.
Today, he missed out on a starting role but was introduced into the game in the 70th minute.
Just six minutes later, Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer was presented with a very good chance and took full advantage.
He scored with a fine effort to stretch the lead for Hamburger SV.
With a brace from László Bénes and goals from Sonny Kittel, Robert Glatzel, and Ludovit Reis, Hamburger SV cruised to a thumping 6-1 win at the end of the 90 minutes.
Ghana defender Derrick Kohn scored the only consolation goal for Hannover 96.
