Ghana winger Yaw Yeboah scores to seal win for Columbus Crew against New York Red Bulls

Ghana international Yaw Yeboah scored for Columbus Crew on Saturday to power his team to victory against New York Red Bulls in the Major League Soccer.

Yeboah was handed a starting role as his outfit secured a 2-1 home win over their opponent.

Columbus Crew shot into the lead after just 19 minutes into the encounter through Juan Cucho Hernandez

a stunning goal to clinch a second-half winner for Columbus Crew in the game against New York Red Bulls.

The visitors responded before the break through Elias Monoel, who rose above the Crew defenders to head home seven minutes to half time.

But a stunning strike in the 62nd minute mark from the Ghana international propelled the host to victory.

The Ghana international was replaced by Maximilian Arfsten in the 95th minute while compatriot Ronald Donkor came on form Fernandez Mosso as a second substitute for Red Bulls.
