Ghanaian international, Bernard Tekpetey lasted 90 minutes on Thursday night to help Ludogorets Razgrad to defeat AS Roma 2-1 in the Europa League.

The former Black Meteors winger since the start of the 2022/23 football season has excelled and is currently one of the best players in the Bulgarian Parva Liga.

Today, the in-form winger started for Ludogorets and continued his impressive stint with another good display.

In a game where the hosts were not fancied, players collectively worked their socks off to secure the rare victory.

On the matchday, Cauly Oliveira Souza and Nonato scored for Ludogorets in the 72nd and 88th minutes to lead the team to the win.

Despite a consolation goal from Eldor Shomurodov in the 86th minute, the team could not deny Ludogorets the victory.

Bernard Tekpetey and his teammates are now set to prepare for the next league game against Botev.
