Ghanaian attacker Kingsley Schindler confident Hannover can still achieve promotion dream

Ghanaian international Kingsley Schindler has noted that he believes it is still possible for the German Bundesliga 2 side to gain promotion to the Bundesliga at the end of the 2020/2021 football season.

Born in Germany, the attacking midfielder joined Hannover 96 last summer on a loan move from FC Cologne.

With the team currently occupying the 7th position of the Bundesliga 2 table, the dream of gaining promotion to the top-flight league appears very tough to achieve.

That notwithstanding, Kingsley Schindler is not giving up. Accorded to the winger who can play as a midfielder, there are still a lot of games to play and Hannover 96 can still make it if they continue to fight to win matches.

“There are still a lot of games to play. We don't hide from anyone. SC Paderborn did it two years ago. If we deliver our performance, we can still achieve a lot with a strong final spurt. Let's see what comes out of it in the end,” he told transfermarkt.de.

Although Kingsley Schindler has been limited to starting roles, he remains committed to helping the team whenever he is called into action.
