Ghanaian attacker Paul Mensah leaves Kapfenberger SV at the end of the season

Ghanaian forward, Paul Mensah is leaving Austrian club Kapfenberger SV following the club’s decision not to renew his contract.

The youngster joined the Austrian Erste Liga outfit from Ghanaian lower-tier side Krystal Palace in 2018.

In the last three years, the attacker has played various roles at Kapfenberger SV where he has managed to impress to help the team in different ways.

However, at the end of the 2020/2021 football season, the Austrian club has decided to part ways with the Ghanaian.

As a result, they are not in to renew the contract of Paul Mensah. He is hence leaving the club and will need to find a new club before next season commences.

Checks by footballghana.com have revealed that there are a few clubs in the Austrian Erste Liga that are interested in signing the 21-year-old.

In the just-ended season, Paul Mensah scored six goals and provided an assist after making 28 appearances for Kapfenberger SV.
