Italian-born Ghanaian defender Giuseppe Agyemang showcased his prowess as he scored a crucial goal in Ancona's 3-1 triumph over Sestri Levante in Serie C action.
Agyemang, entering the fray in the 68th minute for Alessandro Martina, made an immediate impact.
Ancona faced an early setback but swiftly equalized through Coli Saco's finish in the 26th minute. The game intensified in the second half, with Sestri Levante pressing hard. However, Tommaso Barnabà's goal-line clearance and Maiko Candiano's strike against the crossbar denied them.
