Ghanaian defender Jan Gyamerah will leave Hamburger SV at the end of the season.
His contract expires in June, and the club has no plans to extend it, so the right-back will have to find a new club.
Gyamerah, who has been playing for Hamburger SV since 2019 could not help his side to secure promotion to the German top-flight.
He was introduced in the 82nd minute as Hertha Berlin recovered from a first leg 1-0 defeat to win 2-0 and confirm their stay in the Bundesliga.
The 26-year-old featured in 16 games this season, scoring one goal and assisting on another as his side fail to qualify to the Bundesliga next season.
He could be named in the Black Stars squad for the upcoming AFCON 2023 qualifiers next month.
