Ghanaian defender Maxwell Woledzi features for FC Nordsjaelland after return from quarantine

Ghanaian international, Maxwell Woledzi was in action for FC Nordsjaelland on Sunday when the team drew goalless with AGF in the Danish Superliga.

The defender missed the team’s opening game against Viborg FF after testing positive to the Coronavirus.

Subsequently returning from quarantine after multiple tests came back negative, Maxwell Woledzi over the weekend made the FC Nordsjaelland matchday squad.

Although he did not start the match against AGF, he was called into action in the second half when he was introduced to replace Adamo Nagalo in the 64th minute.

Playing the last 26 minutes of the 90 minutes, the 20-year-old made a good account of himself as FC Nordsjaelland drew goalless with the matchday 2 opponent to merit the first point of the 2021/2022 football season.
