After ending a difficult 3-year stay with English Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers, Ghana international Phil Ofosu-Ayeh has attracted interest from German side Hansa Rostock.

The defender joined the English club from Eintracht Braunschweig in 2017. Unfortunately, he never got the opportunity to play for the first team during his stay.

In the past couple of seasons, Phil Ofosu-Ayeh has spent loan stints with Hansa Rostock and Würzburger Kickers.

Now a free agent after severing ties with Wolves, he has popped up on the radar of Hansa Rostock again.

According to reports picked up by footballghana.com, the German lower division outfit is bent on strengthening their team and have made it a point to secure the services of the full-back.

The 28-year-old is hopeful of wrapping up a transfer before the end of the summer transfer window in order to have a team to play for in the next football season.
